      Learn About Our Facilities

      At Gainesville Mechanical Inc, we have the largest non-union sheet metal fabrication shop in Georgia. Our facility is the most technologically advanced in the whole state and capable of completing virtually any sheet metal project.


      We have the ability to:


      • Provide forming, bending, punch pressing, computer-controlled laser cutting, welding, and assembly
      • Fabricate metals, including galvanized, aluminum, stainless steel, and black iron, at a thickness ranging from .010 inches to .25 inches.
      • Our sheet metal shop contains a coil line capable of running standard and non-standard gauges of metal. Our plasma tables are capable of burning 12' x 5' sheets and are programmable from the shop floor. The water jet insulation cutter, one of the few in the nation, is equipped with cutting-edge technology.
      • Our other equipment includes power shears, punch presses, power rollers, tubing benders, hand rollers, foot shears, manual punches, flaring machines, and a press brake.
